Measurement

This measurement form is used for all types of clothing to be ordered. If we already have your measurement, please fill in the information in the first box only. If you are ordering a new item of clothing you have never ordered before, please fill in the necessary information in both box one and box two.

If you are a new customer, please fill in all the boxes so that we can keep a record of your full measurements in file for future orders. Next time you will not need to resubmit any measurements unless they have changed. Please keep style selection in mind when taking measurements.

If you have an image of yourself that can be emailed to us, please send it to us for better understanding of your figure. Special instructions and details can be indicated in the special request box at the end of this form.

measure from the top of the waistband in front to the top of waistband in the back

measure around thighs at widest point
